System constitution：
The whole system consists of terminal vehicle surveillance system、video surveillance platform and bus dispatch system，terminal vehicle surveillance system includes wireless vehicle HDD DVR、vehicle camera、vehicle pick-up、vehicle monitor、vehicle GPS、bus station broadcaster and etc. The driver can make wireless vehicle HDD DVR work by ignition and timing power-on/off. vehicle HDD DVR do compression coding of video information collected from camera，real-time transmiting the video data to video surveillance platform via wireless network，then reach the video and vehicle track's real-time monitoring and vehicle information intelligent management with GPS.Vehicle HDD DVR can also store high-definition image compression in the local hard drive，when vehicle arrives at the terminal station，management center's worker will get the vehicle's video information by changing hard drive or wifi downloading，then the administrator will check video by the client of video track playback.
